The Wartime Project, a worldwide network against the war.

The Wartime Project was born in December 2002 in view of the imminent attack of the U.S. and Britain against Iraq. It 's the result of a collective effort by several artists who use digital and aims to make visitors think about the horrors and destruction of war. In Wartime Project over fifty artists and networkers have helped creating works on the internet for reflection on the wars of the past, present and future and many artists have registered to contribute to the project in the future. The Wartime Project can be enjoyed online (you neceassario Flash 6), but can also live performances by LIVE in the form of installations or performances. Through a worldwide geographical map, several works can be viewed when you click on the respective country of the participating artists. Each project is presented by an impressive launch of a bomb (with a viewfinder) on the selected town. The Wartime project is an initiative promoted by the international group ONLINE, consisting of several artists who use digital and creatively by the open_digi located in South London. Are invited to attend all those who want to have their say in a critical manner against the war, whose work will be included along with the other, with the only restriction in the use of racist content.
