Hacking Is Not A Crime , the 18th congress of the Chaos Computer Club, begins today at Haus Am Köllnischen Park, in Berlin (Germany). The opening speech was given this year to Inke Arns, organizer of the two editions of Wizard of OS (see Wizard of OS ), entitled 'Have you ever felt oppressed by technology? YOU WILL ', while among the international guests is the presence of Emmanuel Goldstein, editor of 2600, with a speech on hacktivism in a global perspective. The intention expressed by Andy Müller-Maguhn, one of the key members of the CCC and a member of ICANN, is to make the meeting more and less specific than the German reality, expanding the horizons of all that happens in Europe and this is one of main seminar was dedicated precisely to the 'Net Meeting Of European Activists: Towards a European Privacy and Cyberrights Union'.
