Otolab, audiovisual projects from 2001 to 2004.

One of the most interesting Italian in the visual production that is certainly linked to the sounds of Otolab , large group of artists, who over the years has produced conceptual and aesthetic processing through use 'conscious' of VJing (see interview on Neural 20 ). To celebrate them there is already a first retrospective exhibition put on by Lucrezia Cippitelli Laboratory at the Museum of Contemporary Art, University of Rome "La Sapienza", entitled Otolab, audiovisual projects from 2001 to 2004 . To be exposed in an interactive works are 'A Thousand Plateaus',' PULP 'and the famous' Quartetto.swf', while in a special area set up you can experience 'Duetto.swf', 'Polystatic', 'Stare Mesto' and 'Ten '. In another section is set up 'Transizionilente', an installation designed and built to be enjoyed in floatation tanks and sensory deprivation, while they are also exposed clips and graphics created in recent years by the group. The opening day was also proposed the live set of new performance 'SYN3' (hereinafter referred to as the work premiered in [DI] [A] [LOG] _ [BOX] and 'Africa' (a job done with super8 shot in the Maghreb in the early 60s), which are to mark another step in a search that has put at the center the abstraction of production processes sound in hand with the concept of consistent interfaces, without neglecting put on sharing of processing individual , crossing paths productive and objectives.
