The simple ideas sometimes prove to be brilliant. One of the most interesting interfaces of the Internet to the real world is Speaker's Corner , put on by the Media Centre in Huddersfield (town between Manchester and Leeds in England), which has connected a PC networked to a liquid crystal display of 15 meters. Enabled by an appropriate software on the network can send text messages through an interface in Flash, the display messages that will wrap public place on the corner of the physical location of the institution. Besides being able to also convert messages via SMS, the center has set up a partnership with the site and Centrifugalforces with local schools for a creative use of the medium, organizing a poetry competition, in which the texts judged best will be 'published' periodically.
