Renga, net art distributed.

Renga is a collaborative and distributed net.art project with the participation of 11 artists, each of which has developed a hand, without that there is no single reference site. Renga in Japanese means 'connected to' and in two months the artists have crossed their work now interconnected in a sort of circular link that allows you to cross them all starting from any one. A sort of 'ring' applied art in network connections so that crosses reclaiming one of the mechanisms born from below, precisely the ring, which also had an impact in the creation of specific communities. The work thus linked, which seem finally reflect a network structure that effectively makes the open nature of the works on the network and their combination and continuous cross. The artists (five British, five Americans and a Mexican) are: Brandon Barr , Curt Cloninger , Marc Garrett , Lewis Lacook , Jess Loseby , Joseph McElroy , Ivan Mejia , Ivan Pope , Mark River , Kate Southworth , Michael Szpakowski
