Researchers at the sleep clinic of the ' University of Toronto have found that the human brain creates its own internal music and that the music can be effectively used to fight isonnia anxious. Reconstructing their 'brain music', in fact, the researchers found that patients are able to fall asleep faster and make more soundly. Obviously this type of music is made up of brain waves and so it can sometimes be harmonic, sometimes noisy and cacophonous. Studies have also found as everyone has their own type of 'brain music'. In practice this is achieved by detecting brain wave frequencies emitted and giving fed to a computer that is treated as being the musical waves. The tests were conducted by providing the recordings to their patients who have shown remarkable improvements over those with which they were delivered recordings of others and which could have been a placebo effect. The recordings were all reduced at low frequencies to induce relaxation and meditative conditions, just as if each brain had recognized his own sounds.
