Poetrica is the name given by the Brazilian Giselle Beiguelman to its 'post-poems'. These visual poems are composed according to algebraic operations and non-alphabetic fonts (the 'digbats' commonly called), thereby generating complex aesthetic forms and hypnotic in their spartan black and white, defined by the 'no-poems'. The title of each of them is an equation that has been used before the sequence of operations necessary to obtain the artifact, in which are also specified the font used, the size and if there have been included or not vector effects. The work also relates to reading and perception of having been designed for handheld computers (PDA) and size of paper and printing unusual, such as plotters.
