I said that once some man had been calling me a lot wanting to give me one, but that I’d never called him back or something, and then the kid looked up and said, ‘Yeah, that was me. I’m Steve Jobs.’ And he looked so young, like a college guy. And he told me that he would still send me one now. And then he gave me a lesson on drawing with it. It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

MEX-HD1 is a new model of the Sony car stereo that includes a CD player and a 10Gb Hard drive. Its special feature is to allow the user to insert a CD into the player and you can choose to transfer a track on the hard disk, so filling in a very simple lineup of his favorite songs without having to carry all disks. According to the Japanese multinational you can record up to 165 hours of music, presuming that the 128-bit encryption to happen. The format utilized, however, is not the mp3, but the owner ATRAC3, even if the reader allows you to read CD-R with MP3 files burned. It should be on sale as from April and its price is estimated at about $ 1,500.
