17:10:02 Wofbot, minimal audible / visual alarms.
Wofbot is a new website of the Portuguese Miguel Carvalhais in collaboration with the Austrian Lia, who, faithful to his abstract-minimalist training has built 11 other experiments in which simple lines and shapes in black and white are used to fill the left side of the screen specially white, empty waiting to be filled. Even the sounds are modeled on the glitches of minimal techno, giving all the work looks unequivocally 'digital' which, however, far from wanting to fix universal parameters remains linked to its noble subculture aesthetics and sound, excelling in his own words through his plots, its imperfections and its delays, so cold in the angular shapes, so human in their march uncontrollable.
