Print a journal of media art is not an easy task, having to barcamenare between all the problems (economic, logistic, distribution and administrative expenses) that the flourishing production jump online instead of at the bottom. 'A minimum ::' is a new magazine produced in Oviedo (Spain) and tries to pull the strings of the different branches of art using aesthetic production with automatic mechanisms, in addition to hosting some of the interviews, especially the original texts of critics, artists and theoretical, with the intention clearly expressed on the cover to collect 'proposals visual and conceptual contemporary' of 'new media' and 'actual art'. The difficulty of finding a definition accomunante for the areas concerned (the same as a heterogeneous international community) is common to other containers of content, from festivals to anthologies paper. But the effort to contribute to the evolution of the debate that is divided on these issues, providing a specific margin perspective 'Latin' is commendable. The lyrics are almost always translated into English, except, unfortunately, just for those who speak of the reality of Iberian language.
