Law against the camera-voyeur in New York.

As reported by ' Associated Press , The Governor of the State of New York George Pataki signed a law that punishes with penalties of up to seven years in prison who takes pictures in the bathroom or in the bedroom of an unsuspecting citizen. The law has been called the 'Stephanie's Law', because of the twenty-nine Stephanie Fuller, spied on by his landlord for months with a small video camera hidden in alarm fire . The text promulgated also punishes those who sell pictures of other people illegally obtained and will be active since the middle of August. In the U.S., it is the first law against invasion of privacy accomplished by electronic means video.
