After the last spread in Japan censorware programs (ie that block content deemed unsuitable for children through some keywords) in offices, schools and libraries there have been some critical positions taken forward in a public manner. Among these was Nobuo Sakiyama, which has focused its analysis on programs not localized editions from the U.S., but on those funded by the Japanese government in the development. As usual refusal by the authorities to reveal the rating criteria, he has planned a couple of tools to get a list of 'bad words' , among which he discovered what nonsense 'evil, female, Free, HTML', giving rise to particular doubt about the nature of the blocks studied by government programs.
