Founded in 1999 by Brad Todd, the collective Canadian Mobile Gaze is dedicated to the production and promotion of works of art and digital media. The latest effort, parallel to the electronic magazine conducted on the same domain is' Utopia Parkway ', a work that draws its interface from the house of Joseph Cornell in New York district of Queens, leading to dark sequences, navigable maps and videos. Cornell has risen to fame for his three-dimensional collages in the form of boxes. Utopian Parkway, has as its reference a piece of contemporary art history, an 'internal link' in the art system that creates a possible bridge between worlds that rarely have found a practical point of contact.
