06:11:01 Software art: Gameboy autodegeneranti.
gameboy_ultraF_uk is the work of digital artists Tom Corby and Gavin Baily and consists of a Gameboy emulator with a system image rendering programmed to autodegenerare in a slow but clearly audible. The interface and background, then mutate and transform into something improper as well as small clusters of spurious bit crop up here and there, blasting the coordinates of the small screen in 2D and corrupting every iconic landmark. Technically, everything is based on a 'metabolism' imposed by techniques 'cellular automata', with the software code released as open source, well documented and based on 'gnuboy', the emulator (free software) programmed by Gilgamesh and Laguna .
