New issue of the journal ' Surveillance & Society, the international journal of surveillance studies ', which is so monothematic for each output aspects of the companies monitored. The items are all available online. Pdf format and can be downloaded. In this issue is titled 'Work' and the editorial 'The Labours of Surveillance', Kirstie Ball explains how the focus has been bet on the type of work that security firms are creating, while in other items such as' Public Area Surveillance and Police Work: the impact of CCTV on police behavior and autonomy ', in which Benjamin J. Goold explains how some studies have also found that the public behavior of the police changes depending on whether there are any surveillance cameras in the vicinity of their actions. The next issue of the magazine was announced in June 2003 and will be 'Foucault and Panopticism', while the wording calls for contributions on the subject is in the form of academic papers either as artifacts (photos, videos, poems, poetry, code, literature and multi-media ).
