The Dutchman Peter Luining is one of the most effective among the net.artists who put into practice the relationship graphically sound-actively interacting with the user. His work in shockwave, collected at the site CtrlAltDel are audiovisual compositions that allow you to play with geometric shapes to create simple animation sequences of minimal electronic sound but surprisingly varied. For the author it comes to providing benefits to those of his works the opportunity to create their own custom dialer, circuendo composition software and pulling out possibilities not usually documented. The concept of the instrument, together with the characteristics of icons and symbols related to music here disappear altogether, and there are only sounds and gestures instinctive, visually net movement and color, giving a feeling of control over the environment acoustically insidious.
