It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

The wonders techno-retro remained unknown in the West because of the cold war are coming slowly to the surface in recent years. This Museum of the Soviet Synths (Museum of the Soviet Synth), for example, gives us a glimpse into electronic music technologies developed behind the Iron Curtain in the last years of self-sufficiency.
