3SSE (3D Spatial Sound Experience)

The construction of a navigable space in a sound is the origin of different installations and video games, and is conceived as a place where some resonant elements can mark the path of the user. 3D Spatial Sound Experience is a technology developed by some guys Interactive Digital Media Programme of the Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, which uses shockwave flash and create an environment for three-dimensional navigable. Moving with the arrow keys comes within range of abstract constructions whose proximity activates the respective sound loops in a landscape of ancient computer graphics made of a prospect obtained by vector lines. All this can be experienced in an online demo, but with a much more realistic in the installation that calculates the closeness to redistribute the sound (direction and intensity) on four different speakers.
