The relationship between Andy Warhol and personal computers (becoming quite popular during his last years) has been only partially investigated beyond his Amiga works. It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

13:06:02 The British government wants to allow local authorities to spy on citizens.
The British government is debating a provisional list of organizations that may be entitled to access to the activities on the web, by phone and fax numbers of Britons. The measure would be part of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA), which would extend to local authorities the powers of investigation, so far reserved to the police. Bearing in mind that these organizations have little or no experience treating this type of data, all could translate into a sequence of unusual abuse. One of the more controversial sides of the measure, in fact, is what removes the obligation dell'autorizzaizione the judge, leaving the responsibility of decision for the 'senior managers', and Ian Brown, director of the Foundation for Information Policy Research has openly denounced the ' initiative, saying it would permit an endless queue of bureaucrats to get information about anyone without an effective method to check that they do not abuse the time.
