The color theories have been developed in parallel with the history of art with artists from different eras to grips with the incredible psychological impact of the infinite variety of hues and saturations that has always made the delight of our eyes. In this sense, the New York video artist Owen Plotkin has developed Colorbot , a site where the code generates combinations of colors in large groups, based on historical theories of Goethe, Johannes Itten, Joseph Albers, Marcel Duchamp and George Jetson. These 'robots color' do not stop until the user decides clicking on the button that leads him to the previous page, offering non-stop combinations and patterns that suggest contemporary versions of rhythm and form of the work conducted at the start of the twentieth century by Piet Mondrian.
