The biggest complaints of the past year for reasons of the network, according to a report from the Federal Trade Commission, through its division ' Consumer Sentinel ', relate to identity theft and fraud carried out through the web and email. An ID Theft constitute 42 percent of the complaints, while fraudulent actions amounted to 10 per cent and web services deceptive to less than 7 percent. Among the latter are including evidence offered by ISPs, which are difficult to cancel, and web design services and web hosting with hidden surcharges. The total number of complaints was 204,000, or twice over the past year.
