It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

Richard Clarke, an expert for the 'cyber security' of the Bush administration, said that the U.S. government will create a detailed map of the Internet to better understand the critical infrastructure in place to supply electricity, transport and telecommunications, and how to respond to possible attacks efficiently. The initiative wants to establish closer collaboration between public bodies and private companies and is part of an attempt to allocate $ 1 billion to improve safety on the network immediately, and another 7 billion over the next five years. On the other hand, the U.S. Congress is considering legislation that extend the Freedom of Information Act also private companies with regard to their information technology shared with the government apparatus.
