I’m Steve Jobs.’ And he looked so young, like a college guy. And he told me that he would still send me one now. And then he gave me a lesson on drawing with it. It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

Inaugurated today in Brisbane, Australia, the fourth edition of the Multimedia Art Asia Pacific , an art festival of new media, this year dedicated to the theme 'Excess', trying to investigate the extreme positions taken by the artists selected in response the endless possibilities of electronic media and intimidation. Art at the ultimate limits the denial of reality through reductions in minimalist to the border of the visual and conceptual limits. Among the exhibits there are installations Gongxin Wang, Candy Factory and Melinda Rackham and web.art Toy Satellite, 8 days, Wang Peng, Doll Yoko (Francesca da Rimini in the image), SFOD, Jeremy Yuille, and Mary-Jo Law anne Breeze. The festival provides a continuous netcasting events at your site.
