Contradictions in Napster.

The German intelligence service (but as trade secrets, as the news has already been around the world) have asked the Bertelsmann over Napster to prevent the exchange of songs by bands of the extreme right. In response, the multinational company announced that condemns such practices, but can not do anything about, by the very nature (distributed) of the platform. Why then fans of Jeff Buckley were seen throwing out their links to Napster? Evidently the nature of those not involved, since it took was a request from the foundation of the late singer to ban users who, in contravention of the artist's last wishes were exchanged pieces of low quality and never officially printed.
