BLI is a collection in progress investigating the possibilities of hypertext rhetoric of the dynamic mechanisms of the web and its possible combinations of signs, through effective programming. The editors have not, however, intended to make a simple collection of literary electronic, but to build a space of theoretical and practical as well as theoretical articles on the subject enclosing brief tutorial. Among the works are distinguished 'Online' by Francesco Serini, a story to read one line at a time, as in a display advertising, 'Modular' of Michael Olivieri, who instead dynamically changes the phrases of the song, giving new meanings and joints to a short text, never final, and 'memory emerges from the background noise' of Theophile Zapak which reveals his plots within an image in ASCII.
