Begins July 19 and runs until 28 of the same d.sec , an event for the promotion of freedom of communication and movement within the No Border camp being held in Strasbourg, on the border between France and Germany. The site has not been chosen at random as the French town is also the place where resides the Schengen Information System (SIS) and the gathering aims to integrate social skills and technological borders to free physical and electronic, through the comparison between subjects that use the same technology to work and those who use it for their political activities. Discussion activities are organized in a very free, letting the presentations, workshops and discussions will also convene beyond those already established. Among the latter are to be found on the use of the web by the Zapatistas, the use of mobile phones, cryptography, sul'etica hackers, on sexism in the chat, hacktivism in general, as it is a well planned ' psychogeographic exploration of the place.
