Inaugurated on June 4 at the ICA in London Cybersonica , an international festival of digital sounds and music, which through a symposium, an exhibition and various installations and performances seeks to provide a sound innovation landscape from different points of view of the musicians, the dj / vj, developers, theorists and music labels. The symposium, which was introduced by John Eacott and Prof. Mark D'Winter at the University of Westminster, takes place over two days and is focused on sound art, methods of implementation of performance, algorithmic and generative compositions, sound spatialization, performance network, and new interfaces for musical instruments, as well as a discussion on the copyright of the sounds in new media moderated by Richard Barbrook Hypermedia Research Center. Particularly rich is also the part with spectacular live DJ Spooky, Pole, Nullpointer, Bomb 20, Station Rose, DJ Robot and many other teams sound / visuals. The art exhibition titled sound on and offline, however, 'Convergence' and was organized by the British Room, and is attended among others by Peter Luining, Bakteria, Squidsoups, Christina McPhee and John Klima.
