23:04:02 Discogs, the networked database of electronic music.
Discogs is the largest collective effort on the internet storage products for electronic music. A community of nearly two thousand users contributed from November 2000 to the formation of an impressive database of labels (more than 5,700), artists (more than 25,000) and releases (more than 31,000). To give rise to all of Kevin Lewandowski, programmer, DJ, and especially fans of the genre, which, inspired by other websites owners maintained by large communities (like Slashdot, Ebay or the Open Directory Project) has been able to involve a legion of fans, while through a minimal interface. An ever-increasing amount of data increasingly useful tool for both professionals and for those who are exchanged sounds.
