The digital camera Nikon CoolPix 990 of septuagenarian American Farrell Eaves, worked perfectly until last summer, when he accidentally fell into the water of a pond, impacted on his easel by the same Eaves. The owner has therefore tried to evaporate the water in all possible ways, by subjecting the object to heat the most diverse, until the liquid is evaporated from the display and from the rest of the electronics. At the end Eaves tried to see if the device still generated some signs of life and has made a discovery that has transformed it into an object of worship. Images taken from the unit now, in fact, contain an offset of colors that creates auras and shades of the rainbow with steps a bit 'in the acid dyes. They look like with filtering software, but in reality they are unpredictable in the results. The images have been exhibited in a traveling exhibition in Tennessee (USA), and the only real thing in common they seem to have is to focus the effects on particular color density.
