On April 11, 01:00 am (Italian time) held the first part of Blur 02, power at play in digital art and culture . The conference, organized by The New School Creative Time and the Parsons School of Designs, titled 'Open Play' and attended by Josephine Starrs, the collective of artists cyberfeminists VNS Matrix, Eric Zimmerman of game software house GameLab, Richie Hawtin, aka Plastikman one of the fathers of Detroit techno, and Marina Zurkow, author of the series of short digital films Braingirl. The aim is to analyze the power and dangers of digital technologies. Tomorrow at the same time, is held on 'The Network Moment' with 'Chris Csikszentmihlyi, the MIT Media Lab, Matt Locke, the BBC Imagineering and Lebbeus Woods, of the Research Institute for Experimental Architecture and the Institute for Applied Autonomy who will discuss and demonstrate alternatives relating to emerging forms of tactical media culture flat of the mainstream media.
