It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

28.03.02 Domain hijacked a Canadian pop star.
The Canadian pop star Lara Fabian requested the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the return of his domain larafabian.net, formerly owned by an alleged 'mess' of Network Solutions. According to the singer the domain has been 'hijacked' by the misconociuta 'Buy This Domain' resident post in Armenia, that if it is cornered on the fly while the singer was trying to transfer it from one agency to new media to his record label. The national WIPO ruled the surrender of himself, although he must be noted that the same Fabian did not have any registered trademark in its own name, which was not deposed in favor of the same. It is not the first time that the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) ICANN is applied through the WIPO same as it was in the past for stars such as Nicole Kidman and Julia Roberts. The lawyers of the accused Fabian Network Solutions Inc. has received several times the documentation that required the transfer, but he had never applied, and it expires it assigned to the first applicant.
