'Art on the Edge, Reflections upon Extreme (Media) Art Practices' is an international conference which takes place this weekend (26-27/01) to Tromso (Norway) and reflects on the artistic practices of the border, who seek to go beyond the conceptual and ethical limits normally accepted, in the perspective of libertarian circles of cyberspace and electronic media. There are artistic practices that can actually be defined as 'extreme' and if there are as transgress the visual communication?
