I said that once some man had been calling me a lot wanting to give me one, but that I’d never called him back or something, and then the kid looked up and said, ‘Yeah, that was me. I’m Steve Jobs.’ And he looked so young, like a college guy. And he told me that he would still send me one now. And then he gave me a lesson on drawing with it. It only comes in black and white now, but they’ll make it soon in color…I felt so old and out of it with this young whiz guy right there who helped invent it.”

According to Loud Records, Mobb Deep and Wu-Tang Clan are the first artists of the United States to anticipate their songs as ringtones for mobile phones. Two tracks from 'Infamy' (Mobb Deep) and three from 'Iron Flag' (Wu Tang Clan) and their respective logos are freely downloadable from the portal Ziggy.com , a few days after the distribution of the albums in record stores. All with the blessing of BMI (SIAE American), and after that Sony and AT & T Wireless are opening their commercial portals. According to a study by Greenfield Online, 57 percent of adult Americans (and 3/4 of the boys) would like to download ringtones from the network.
