Some memebri of the Congress of the United States, are coalescing to repel the Music Online Competition Act (MOCA), a law that would make it more fair the market of selling music online. The measure would limit the power of the two signs of majors and software house currently vying (MusicNet and Pressplay), which alone dentengono the rights of the 40 percent of the market. The law would force them to provide licenses field for all broadcasters and music service not related cartel. The MOCA is supported by the representatives Boucher (Democrat) and Chris Cannon (Republican), but the judicial subcommittee that is considering is still undecided about the final judgment, also because 'between opponents c'a the president of the judicial commission.
